This is something which I'm extremely passionate about why I created Westmoore Recruitment. We offer bespoke recruitment services and are certainly not just a "CV machine". We do things differently at Westmoore and are proud to partner with some amazing businesses locally, who see the value in our service offering.

Loyalty, Trust and Support is what the business is built on and something which I've always believed are the fundamentals to being successful. 
 

What makes us different is that we work in partnership with all clients and candidates to ensure there is always a successful outcome.  Though this bespoke approach we ensure that we fully understand your needs and build a bespoke service offering, that works for you now, and into the future.

After leaving University, I worked within high end fashion retailing, becoming one of the youngest Managers in the whole of the UK, before joining a local recruitment firm near my home town of Beverley. There I moved through the ranks from a rookie learning the ropes of how to recruit my clients great Sales & Marketing people, before becoming a Senior Consultant and ran a successful team in a local recruitment agency. I always had a desire to approach recruitment differently and saw it as a consultancy service, rather then a transactional, which is how Westmoore Recruitment was born.  ​
