Westmoore Recruitment is based in Beverley and works with employers and candidates across Hull and East Yorkshire. I recruit mid-to-senior roles in HR, finance, marketing and sales, from Hull city centre to the market towns of the East Riding, and further across Yorkshire when a client needs it.
Every role is handled by me from first brief to placement, so you are dealing with someone who knows the local market and will be there after the offer is signed.

Brief
A proper conversation. The role, the team, the culture, the deal-breakers. Not just a JD pasted into an inbox.

Search
Network-led, sector-specific. I go after passive talent, not just LinkedIn applicants who already saw your job.

Shortlist
Three or four candidates. Each one credible. Each one briefed properly. No padding, no panic submissions.

Interview
Competency-based questions and a scoring framework — and I sit on the panel with you. Most clients haven’t interviewed in years; I do it every week.

Placement
Offer support, counter-offer prep, onboarding check-ins. The job isn’t done when the contract’s signed.
