Once we're confident we have a large enough pool of talent to present to you we will present the potential candidates to you. From this list we will select the candidates down to a short list for first stage interview.

At this point, I can either help you write some quality interview questions (and even sit in on the interviews) or you can go it alone. However, which ever way you go I will liaise with all the candidates and ensure that the interview times and dates fit into your schedule.

Following the successful interview process will come the selection process where we will work with you to give quality feedback to all candidates that have been through the process. We will then help you with the offer management and referencing.

Finally, we will stay close to you and the successful candidate to make sure the onboarding and early stages of their new career goes as smoothly as possible and that both you and they are extremely satisfied with the outcome.

THE PROCESS
This structured, yet bespoke process all starts by me understanding exactly what you need, what is truly important to you and what makes your business a great place to work.
I then work through my list of potential candidates to see which ones may fit your specific requirements. If this list is not comprehensive enough or I feel it doesn’t quite meet the brief, I will start to reach out to candidates who I feel may be a perfect match.
